Jobs
What jobs have you had or are doing now?
My first job was straight from school at 16 working briefly in a local supermarket before getting a job making sports goods in a local factory. As soon as I was 18 I got a job in a psychiatric hospital as a nursing assistant which I loved and worked there for 14 years. Since then I've worked stacking shelves in a supermarket and as an assistant manager in a charity shop. Now I'm a housewife and loving every minute of it

Re: Jobs
Only job I could get after being laid off last year was van driving, delivering engineering components in and around W London.
My training is as an engineering fitter but these days companies find its cheaper to import stuff , mainly from China, than make it here.
