Shoes we drive in

I saw something briefly on the news this morning talking about the shoes we wear when driving our cars and it got me wondering what everyone here wears. Would you wear stilettos for example to drive a car or do you always keep a pair of flat shoes in the car especially for driving?

I can't drive in heels not that i wear them much anyway, but i do have a spare pair of flat shoes in the car for driving but thats only because your shoes split on the bottom after a while with your foot being bent all the time on the accelerator etc

well I dont drive Jody but if I did I couldnt see me wearing anything but flat shoes to drive in. Anything else must be dangerous surely, I'd be scared of getting a hell caught in the pedals or something.
