Bikini's

We are in a bit of a heated debate here about people over a certain size wearing a bikini.

Now i don't mind seeing people in bikini's as long as they look good in a bikini, as in thin or nice figure and not bothered about how old you are either, but how far do you go before you are to big for a bikini?
I have seen bigger women in bikini's and i think they are brave to wear it but i really don't think it looks good. Now before you say im being fattist i am big (size 18 at the min) myself and would never get in a bikini unless i had the figure for it.

I agree fairyprincess, big ladies and bikinis, DO NOT GO TOGETHER, and before anyone jumps on me, i'm a big lady myself, when i was young i was heavy and went to weightwatchers, i lost 6 and a half stone, went down to size 10, then i started wearing a bikini and i loved it, my weight started to go up again, sometimes size 12, sometimes size 14, i still stuck with the bikini but not so sure i looked good, so the diet started again till i got down to a 12 again. I managed after that to control things. However fairyprincess, i feel embarassed for other women for how they look in bikinis. You can see people sniggering about them, i don't know how they don't feel mortified myself. Good luck to them but it's definately not me.

Wish i could diet like that, i start it then can't handle it anymore lol, then again i have an excuse now and don't need to diet for another 6 months x

I'm a big lady and I definitely wouldnt wear a bikini, in fact I wouldnt even wear a swimming costume in public hence the reason I wont go swimming. Bikinis and big women just dont go together in my opinion, it doesnt look good all that flab hanging under and over, yuk. I guess some people just dont care what they look like

Im a big lady too and there is noway i would wear one,
Talk about drawing attention to yourself haha,
i dont understand how people can think it looks good
