Flying

Are you scared of flying or do you love to get in a plane and fly off to another Country? Would you refuse to go abroad just because you have a fear of flying?

My husband has a phobia of flying to the extent that he loses weight before we fly, I really don't know how he get's on a plane but he does it and sits as stiff as a board staring into space and listening to the sound of the engine till we finally land and stop, he then breathes a sigh of relief and forgets about it thorughout the holiday.
He would never fly to Europe and we always drove or went by coach years ago but since we started going to America he doesn't have that option and loves the country so much that he puts himself through it every year.
I have a phobia of underground and tight dark places and there is no way that I would ever put myself in any dark underground place even for a million pound!

My mum has a really big fear of flying and she is seeing a pyschologist for it cause she had to fly to greece this year and had to take valium there and back!!
I love flying, then again i should do with my plane spotting
